Delivery Locations
Due to regulations established by the Ministry of Environment, the Company is prohibited from delivering Equipment directly on or near any body of water utilized for fishing activities. This includes, but is not limited to, ice-covered lakes, rivers, and other fishing areas.
Delivery Only Service
The Company's delivery service includes only the drop-off of the rented Equipment to a location agreed upon at the time of the rental. The Customer is responsible for transporting the Equipment to and from the actual fishing location.
Equipment Return
All rented Equipment must be returned to the Woodlands & Waterways Regional Visitor Centre at the end of the rental period. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that all Equipment is returned in the same condition as it was received, barring normal wear and tear.
Cancellation Policy Quick Overview
1. Overview
At IceFishingRentals.ca, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be as accommodating as possible while allowing us to offer unused rental slots to other customers.
2. Cancellation Time Frames and Refunds
- Greater than 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled rental time are eligible for a 100% refund.
- Less than 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled rental time will receive a 50% refund of the total rental cost.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed to the credit card used at the time of booking.
- In cases where payment was made through Cash on Delivery, the applicable refund amount will be charged to the customer’s account with IceFishingRentals.ca for future use.
