1. Overview

At IceFishingRentals.ca, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be as accommodating as possible while allowing us to offer unused rental slots to other customers.

2. Cancellation Time Frames and Refunds

  • Greater than 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled rental time are eligible for a 100% refund.
  • Less than 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled rental time will receive a 50% refund of the total rental cost.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed to the credit card used at the time of booking.
  • In cases where payment was made through Cash on Delivery, the applicable refund amount will be charged to the customer’s account with IceFishingRentals.ca for future use.
